Job Description:

We are seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our attractions. This role is responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience, while also leading and developing a team of Guest Experience Hosts.

The ideal candidate will be able to embody the vision of the Cluster Operations Manager and ensure that all standards of Guest Service, presentation, technical operation, and health and safety are maintained. They will also be responsible for delivering training initiatives and continuing the development of their skills and acting as mentors to the team.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a diverse team, and being able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Guest Experience Supervisor must be able to resolve any guest concerns, escalate to a manager as necessary, and adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to the Madame Tussauds and Wild Life brands and demonstrating the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
