Job Description

The Guest Services Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong customer service skills and supervisory experience. You will be responsible for supporting associates with queries on shift, verifying and adjusting billing for guests, and accommodating requests for room changes whenever possible.

Key responsibilities include assigning rooms according to guest request and preferences, co-ordinating with Housekeeping/Engineering team and updating room status, reviewing shift logs/daily memo books and documenting pertinent information in logbooks, answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, requests, questions or concerns, following up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues, and assisting with In Room Dining orders.
