**About the role**

***This unique role allows you to explore two dynamic attractions As a Guest Experience Supervisor at both Madame Tussauds Sydney and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, you are the driving force behind our amazing team of Guest Experience Hosts.

Supporting the Cluster Operations Manager in the efficient, effective and safe day-to-day running of the attraction, with a strong focus on putting smiles on our guests' faces. Be the driving force of guest excellence, leading the team to consistently deliver world-class experiences to our guests and be truly guest obsessed, positive, proactive and creating FUN at all times. This role is a permanent role within a Part-time or full time capacity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside the Leadership team to ensure the highest possible standards of Guest Service, presentation, technical operation and health and safety in the attraction. Ensuring that the attraction is exceeding its targets both financially and through guest KPIs
- Leads the team by example and is very in-attraction based
- To embody the vision of the Cluster Operations Manager
- Ensuring our Guest Experience Hosts are set up for success by delivering training initiatives and continuing the development of their skills and act as mentors to the team.
- Maintains excellent communication skills, works well in a diverse team and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to the Madame Tussauds and WILD LIFE brands and demonstrate the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders with activations, promotions and projects both on and off site.
- Take Ownership over the day to day running of the attraction, ensuring figures and displays are looking show-ready, spaces are clean and tidy, and the attraction is in safe operating condition.
- Follow attraction Code of Safe Work Practices (COSWP).

**About You**

***Experience in a similar role and exposure to supervising the operations of an attraction is a plus, but the ability to grasp key leadership qualities and concepts is essential.

This position requires a fun outgoing approach in interacting with others and the ability to lead a team to do the same

Celebrities and our animals never stop and we don't here at our attractions either, this role will work on a rotating roster over 7 days, all year round. Weekend, holidays and public holiday work is a must as a business that operates around peak periods.
