Overview
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing all requests and needs.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage guest requests for Concierge and Wheels Desk functions, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
  2. Contribute to the Whatever/Whenever culture, driving a personalized experience for all guests.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of transportation services, luggage handling, and room assignments.
  4. Support Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Concierge Supervisor in maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
