**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As the Workshop Coordinator you will be integral in the successful day to day coordination of our workshop whilst being an important customer contact and leader to our specialised transformer workshop team that specialise in the design and manufacture of new customer-built transformers as well as overhauls and rewinding customers' existing assets.

This is a **full-time permanent opportunity** ideally suited to an enthusiastic and experienced transformer/production workshop employee who is looking to learn and develop further.

You will join a collaborative Corporate Administration team that is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to our head office. In this role you will be required to provide assistance to the corporate administration team including senior leadership team admin support and front office duties.

On a day to day basis, you will be dealing with people and must have the capacity to demonstrate tolerance, patience and understand the importance of accuracy.

Your willingness to be successful in a fast-paced environment will be complemented by the following:

- Demonstrated safety as a core value
- Previous experience in a Workshop Coordinator/Supervisor position
- Power Transformer & HV/LV Electrical knowledge & experience
- Competent skills with user programs for Production schedule software (e.g. P6, SyteLine)
- The ability to lead, motivate and coordinate a production and site services team
- Excellent communication, job management and leadership skills
- Experience in a Transformer Manufacturing/Production workshop (highly desirable)
