Job Title: Workshop Service Advisor

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for internal stakeholders and effectively coordinating maintenance and repair schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interface Management: Establish and maintain effective communication between the division and customers, including liaison with stakeholders.
  • Quality Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support to functional areas of the division.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and schedule plant, fleet, and equipment maintenance and repair services within the workshop and internal stakeholders.
  • Parts Procurement: Order parts identified for relevant tasks related to workshop servicing and maintenance.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and track part stock levels using council inventory management systems.
  • Records Management: Coordinate records management for the workshop and fleet sections.

Requirements include:

  • Certification and Experience: Hold business administration qualifications and/or demonstrated industry experience relevant to the role.
  • Licensing: Possess a Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Administrative and Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong administrative and customer service skills.

This is a permanent full-time position with a comprehensive remuneration package, including superannuation. The successful candidate will have opportunities to progress within the role.
