As the Workshop Coordinator, you will be integral to the successful day-to-day coordination of our workshop while leading customer contact and teams in transformer design and manufacture.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity ideal for an enthusiastic and experienced transformer/production workshop employee looking to learn and develop further.

You will join a Corporate Administration team responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our head office. In this role, you will provide assistance to the corporate administration team including senior leadership team admin support and front office duties.

Essential skills include:

  • Demonstrated safety as a core value
  • Previous experience in a Workshop Coordinator/Supervisor position
  • Power Transformer & HV/LV Electrical knowledge and experience
  • Competent skills with user programs for Production schedule software (e.g., P6, SyteLine)
  • Leadership, motivation, and coordination of production and site services teams
  • Excellent communication, job management, and leadership skills
  • Experience in a Transformer Manufacturing/Production workshop (highly desirable)
