**Role Overview**:
Aptella are looking for a Workshop Coordinator to join their team in their Silverwater branch. This is a full-time permanent position which does not offer WFH due to the customer facing requirements.

This role is plays an integral part in supporting and achieving objectives of the NSW Regional Service Department. You will contribute to maintaining a professional team of Service Technicians that have the expertise, experience, and efficiency to deliver a consistent high level of service to our customers and internal teams.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Book in customer repairs and internal workshop jobs.
- Schedule workshop technicians' daily tasks.
- Keep customers and internal staff well informed on progress of workshop tasks.
- Co - ordinate collections and returns of repairs when required.
- Actively advise customers on product and system condition including making recommendations on product upgrades or new replacements where appropriate.
- Create and implement lead generation activities.
- Provide service and sales quotations as required by customers.
- Negotiate all aspects of a customer's order including spare part supply within company policies.
- Monitor customer contact and alert Service Manager of required updates.
- Provide excellent customer service and support via competent and timely technical and commercial advice in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitor and provide feedback on customers, market changes and competitor activities.
- Manage stock transfer requests.
- Contribute to spare part inventory replenishment.
- Undertake other projects or activities as directed.
