Membership Experience Officer

We're seeking a Membership Experience Officer to join our Customer Experience (CX) Team, reporting directly to the CX & Marketing Manager. This full-time role is more than just a job, it's your opportunity to play a key part in redesigning and enhancing our Resident Membership journey, from the moment someone first contacts Sandhurst Club, through purchasing their 'forever' home, and even their farewell as they move on to new adventures.

The Role: As a key player in our CX Team, you will be responsible for creating smooth, seamless membership experiences for new and existing residents. Working closely with the CX & Marketing Manager and the Finance team, you'll help craft the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring that every interaction a member has with Sandhurst Club is exceptional.

You'll not only be the face of Sandhurst Club for our Resident members, but you'll also ensure that behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly—everything from membership administration to customer engagement. Your role is pivotal in helping us achieve our mission of being Australia's premier golfing and residential community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the onboarding of new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed from day one
- Deliver exceptional facility tours, integrating members and making sure they are comfortable to visit the facilities - members that use the Club's facilities consistently report greater satisfaction and value for money regarding their Residential Membership
- Manage the membership database to ensure accurate, up-to-date records
- Oversee membership renewals, invoicing, and assist with any inquiries
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Codes for community members
- Prepare membership reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Be the first point of contact at reception, delivering top-tier customer service
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the membership journey, from initial contact through to exit

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A natural people-person with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of creating warm and professional connections
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to represent Sandhurst Club in person and in writing
- Tech-savvy with high-level computer skills; experience with the Northstar suite of software is an advantage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A team player with the initiative, energy, and commitment to get the job done
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Experience in a customer experience or membership-focused role is highly desirable

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
