About the Opportunity
EOC Group, in partnership with Beltrame Civil, is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure projects.
Develop and manage construction programs, sequencing, and scheduling to maximise people and plant utilisation.
Ensure compliance with ISO-certified systems and Beltrame's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors, maintaining cost and quality standards.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Deliver monthly project reports and ensure project profitability.
Prepare professional tender submissions and construction methodologies.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 7 years' experience in civil project management.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and/or Diploma in Project Management desirable.
Proven leadership in managing teams and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and practices.
Highly developed skills in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
