Civil Infrastructure Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to lead high-impact projects that strengthen local communities across Greater Sydney.

This is a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects, requiring strong technical and commercial acumen, effective leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver civil infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to project teams
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure project management, including road, bridge, or broader civil infrastructure delivery
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • A flexible, can-do attitude, with willingness to work on projects within the Sydney/Greater Sydney region
  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
