Engineering Project Lead - Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking a dedicated project lead to oversee the successful delivery of civil aspects for our Central West Orana project. As a project lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of engineering projects.

  • Project Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review comprehensive engineering designs and calculations for infrastructure development, transmission line foundations, towers, and associated structures
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications by conducting thorough reviews and audits
  • Monitor subcontractors' performance and maintain high standards of workmanship as per specifications
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor site personnel to foster positive team dynamics, staff morale, and improved work outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and as-built records in compliance with industry best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Autodesk software
