Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of civil designs across the full project lifecycle.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing civil design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, managing or supporting the design of water and wastewater infrastructure, strengthening client relationships through collaborative and high-quality project delivery, and supporting proposal development and contributing to successful project bids.

About You

You hold a degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), ideally Chartered (CPEng) and RPEQ certified, with over 6 years of experience in the water infrastructure consulting space. You bring a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset to every project.

Your strengths include:

  • Proven experience in the design and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with Australian Standards, WSAA codes, and design tools such as Civil 3D and 2D/3D CAD
  • Ability to lead or support multiple projects, balancing technical, commercial, and risk considerations
  • Skilled in preparing and reviewing high-quality technical reports and communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
