Civil Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking dedicated project leads to collaborate with our expanding civil team. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of civil projects within scope, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Develop and review civil engineering designs and calculations for transmission line foundations, towers, and associated structures
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and client specifications
  • Oversee the implementation of quality and environmental measures to maintain effective project operation and delivery
  • Monitor subcontractors' performance to ensure adherence to specified quality and workmanship standards
  • Communicate project schedules and budgets to stakeholders to maintain commitment
  • Assist in managing cost control for project aspects to ensure performance targets are met in relation to budget/forecast
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor site personnel to foster positive team dynamics, staff morale, and work outcomes
  • Develop and implement construction methods, including audits, to optimize project efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and as-built records
  • Collaborate in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans specific to civil works
  • Address client queries and concerns related to civil works in a timely and professional manner

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and possess 3+ years of relevant experience in foundations, preferably in transmission lines or civil infrastructure.
