Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Sunday

About Us:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests and dietary preferences.
- Handle transactions at the point of sale, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Assist customers with menu questions, offering recommendations when needed.
- Manage phone and online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the counter and dining spaces.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Ability to speak Korean is strongly preferred, with English proficiency for workplace communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
