Autoleague has a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated, career-focused, and hands-onNew Vehicle Sales Managerto join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of new cars with the potential to work with various flagship brands.
You will provide leadership and direction to sales employees to ensure profitability and an exceptional experience for all our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding of new vehicle operations, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
Financially astute with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A natural leader, mentor, and developer of staff with focus, passion, and determination
Ability to manage new car stock, ensuring profit is maximized and a positive return on stock investment
A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential
