We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team BMG Hallam.

The Role:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
  • Understand customer needs to recommend the ideal vehicle
  • Demonstrate and highlight the new vehicles features and benefits
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of new vehicle products and promotions
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Process vehicle sales paperwork and ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new car market developments

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering high levels of service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a drive to succeed and achieve targets
