Knox GWM is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Manager to join our team representing a leading and global motor vehicle brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a challenge seeking individual to join our long-established Dealership in Ferntree Gully. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the used car department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the used vehicle department
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase used vehicle sales
  4. Build lasting customer relationships and ensure a top-tier experience throughout the buying process
  5. Manage inventory, pricing, and vehicle presentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in used vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a team and foster a positive sales environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive market and trends
  • A customer-focused approach to sales
  • Valid driver's license
