My client, a leading house hold name and major IT Vendor is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Service Delivery Manager / Lead to work on a major change programs. Within this there is new product development, transition to Cloud and DevOps and related projects. Great opportunity to implement process and manage major work.

Someone with strong ITIL Service Delivery and great stakholder management experiendce will be able to undertake the role. There are already implementation leads so you will be supporting them and liaising with the major stakeholders and engineering teams to make sure they are across everything as opposed to running in depth technical releases.

**The following skills/experience is essential**:

- Experience in Operations - Support ITIL and services Management
- Good understanding of governance framework and process
- Excellent understanding of the SDLC in multiple technologies
- Familiar and confident around ITIL processes
