**Our Client**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
First and foremost the role has a strong focus on debt collections and chasing debtors from customer whom operate with our client. This position will oversee debt recovery & resolution related arrears. The role is specifically focused on timely collection of billings & adjustments by working accordingly with relevant customers and stakeholders to achieve a desired result.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Following up on outstanding debt & overdue payments with customers efficiently and politely
- Account reconciliations
- Providing high level of customer support to provide a clear understanding of billings and adjustments
- Establishing payment plans and arrangements with customers
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities
- Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Handling inbound customer queries

You will have prior experience in a similar collections based role, as well as the following skills and attributes:

- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence in making high volume calls on a daily basis
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Possess an empathetic, resilient and positive can do nature
- Exposure in collections is a must
- Empathetic mindset and passion for helping people
