PERSOLKELLY is partnering with a major Facilities Management company in Melbourne's CBD to find multiple Collections Officers to join their team. The Collections Officer will work closely with the manager and the finance team, exercising fantastic customer service to conduct credit collections. There are 3 full time positions available for this role.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage system information to assess and action collections in a timely manner
- Identify and manage disputes causing delay in payment
- Escalate any issues to management that risks non-payment
- Maintaining all administrative documentation around clients and debt collection
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Any other ad hoc duties as required to assist the finance team
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service (call centre) or collections environment
- Very strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and client management skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability
