
Account Development Manager

**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail execution and sales performance of franchise stores across the NSW/ACT South region. You will be the primary contact for general day-to-day support and account management, ensuring that monthly visitation and sales targets are met through the planning and execution of a store visitation cycle.
Given the regional scope of this role, you must hold a valid driver's license, own a car, and be comfortable with regular travel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare territory visitation plans to encompass SWOT analysis and tactical plans to hit sales targets
- Maintain a high level of understanding of the assigned territory and develop strategies to address opportunities and combat competitor activities
- Comply with reporting programmes, systems and processes capturing the field data.
- Achievement of sales, distribution, training, and merchandising targets.
- Account ranging and in-store execution delivery
- Liaison with internal stakeholders across the business as a key representative for the primary customer, team and business. This will include Marketing, Product Marketing, Category Managers, Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Channel Operations, Open Distribution, Leadership, Retail Services.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- FMCG, mobile, consumer electronics background selling into retail environments, preferably mobile accessories.
- Experience of dealing with analytical data and manipulating to establish findings
- Successful sales track record in contributing to revenue and margin growth.
- Knowledge in developing and a demonstrated ability to implement sales territory plan.
