
Account Development Manager

This role is focused on building and maintaining strategic relationships with key travel trade accounts to drive sales performance and grow revenue in designated territories.
As a seasoned account development manager, you will leverage your expertise to develop annual sales and marketing plans tailored to each key account's goals. You will also lead face-to-face and virtual training, webinars, and workshops with partner front-line teams to enhance their knowledge of our brand and services.
You will be empowered to identify, own, and execute new opportunities across both existing and emerging distribution networks. A strong network across the Australian travel trade landscape, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Built long-lasting partnerships with key travel trade accounts to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
