Lendco Finance is growing — and we're looking for confident operators who want to build real income and networks in the finance space without any startup fees, red tape, or rigid targets. This Business Development Executive contractor role offers flexibility, the ability to earn serious commission, and the chance to build a high-trust referral network that pays long term.

What You'll Be Doing
Building relationships with potential referrers (accountants, brokers, car yards, tradies, etc.)
Using provided scripts and tools to open conversations and book in leads
Bringing in direct leads from your network (optional)
Getting qualified deals into the hands of our brokers — we handle the closing
Managing the partner relationship and tracking volume over time
How You Get Paid
You earn a percentage of every settled deal
Most asset finance deals generate $2K–$5K in commission
You can earn up to 50% of the commission on any deal that comes through your efforts
You control the split if you bring on a referral partner (e.g., offer them 30%, keep 20%)
Examples:

A $5K commission = up to $2,500 to you
Bring on a partner who sends 10 deals/month? That's $3K–$5K+ ongoing income, monthly.
