The Chief Risk Office (CRO) is responsible for the risk management and compliance frameworks and the Legal and Secretarial function across entities in Australia and New Zealand.

The CRO works closely with the Boards and committees on a range of risk related matters and also has a dotted line to the group CRO in Munich. The objective of the CRO is sound risk and compliance management that helps in realisation of the strategic and operating plans of the businesses.

**Your Role**
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordination of team meeting agendas and minute taking
- Registration for conference/ event attendance
- Co-ordinate and book venues for team off-site meetings
- Expense claim management
- Support with business continuity activities, company secretarial & compliance function, risk & compliance training & education initiatives and visitor programs
- Liaison with Regulators and team support such as travel arrangements
- Provide assistance to the Great Lakes Australia and Internal Audit team, such as travel, conference attendance, team meetings and visitor programs

**Your Profile**
- Previous Executive Assistance experience
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, collating and administering Board requirements
- Experience in working in an international organisation, and governed by a Board of Directors
- Experience in providing effective support to senior leaders in financial or professional services
- Advanced MS Office and computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, use of Client Relationship databases / data warehouses
