Job Title: Service Delivery Excellence Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to lead the Regional Service Desk team into future growth and success.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise across the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk Team, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the business.
A key aspect of this role involves managing a distributed team of Service Desk engineers across Australia and India, requiring strong experience in internal offshore team management.
Lead a remote team of Service Desk engineers across the ANZ region.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership to a highly distributed team of engineers across ANZ.
Prioritize service desk workloads to ensure high service levels are consistently achieved.
Identify and report on service desk trends to key stakeholders.
Advantageous to have experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with various business areas to develop cost-effective, innovative solutions using technology.
Provide exceptional service to VIP and Executive clients.
Proactively identify and resolve IT issues.
Offer second and third-level hardware and software support.
Ensure adherence to processes and document procedures accordingly.
Recommend, coordinate, and perform IT equipment replacement as necessary.
