Job Title: Service Delivery Excellence Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving excellence in incident and problem management processes.

  1. Establish and operationalize a consistent service delivery process across the organization.
  2. Implement, embed, and provide ongoing support for the service delivery process and procedures to ensure seamless adoption of best practices.
  3. Oversee and manage incidents, problems, and changes across the environment in partnership with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
  4. Drive effective service restoration, crisis management, SLA adherence, and structured incident response.
  5. Reduce incident recurrence, enhance IT service quality and reliability, cost reduction, knowledge and learning, risk mitigation, and continuous service improvement.

    The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of ITSM tools JIRA Service Management (JSM) and frameworks, with practical experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes. 5+ years of experience in defining and driving incident and problem management processes is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) is highly desirable.
