Job Description:
The role of Business Development Executive is a pivotal position within our sales and brand building strategy.
This executive will be responsible for growing and nurturing our premium spirit portfolio while collaborating with On Trade and Retail partners to enhance commercial partnerships.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customer decision drivers, maximizing profit within assigned territories, presenting creative and commercial strategies, and analyzing territory performance.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing customer purchasing decisions by closely collaborating with customers.
Implement and adapt business strategies to suit customer needs and maximize profits within designated territories.
Present engaging and informative sessions on product knowledge and brand awareness to customers and consumers.
Regularly review and analyze territory performance against targets and budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential qualifications for this role include experience in a luxury selling environment, commercial acumen, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proven track record of success in a Super Premium and Luxury sales environment.
Ability to develop and assess territory plans and opportunities.
Self-driven individual with ability to work autonomously.
Creative and entrepreneurial approach to drive growth and bring brands to life.
