Known not just for their incredible brand aesthetic but their mission, TradeMutt is the ecomm-led social enterprise tackling mental health and suicide prevention in a way that's hugely impactful. To date they've funded over 3,107 hours of free counseling to truckies, tradies, farmers and blue collar workers, and started countless conversations paving the way to bringing the big issues to the surface. That equates to over $710,000 worth of free counseling provided to the community.
This is a business that donates a whopping 50% of profits, which has meant 4080 individuals have gained access to free counseling.
What began as a social enterprise ecommerce pureplay is now a multichannel retailer with a mission to make an invisible issue impossible to ignore.
We're hiring a
**Wholesale Account Manager** to help grow out their B2B presence, and benefits include:

**Your remit will cover**:
- Nourishing existing relationships with key retailers and ensuring the POS experience in store mirrors the brand experience online
- Expanding TradeMutt's national presence in stores, building new relationships with retailers that are a customer and culture fit for the TradeMutt brand
- Driving revenue growth through the B2B channel
- Assisting with the range plan for wholesale customers to ensure there's differentiation from the D2C offering

- You've got a great background in wholesale account growth, working knowledge of sales planning, account management strategy, margin negotiation and range planning
