Sole Distribution are a privately owned e-commerce and wholesale company with offices in Melbourne and Brisbane serving thousands of customers weekly.
We have a vacancy for a permanent full-time Wholesale Accounts Manager working from our West End office, a uniquely welcoming workspace that incorporates natural light and just around the corner from West Ends vibrant food and coffee hub.
Reporting to the Sales Director your job will be to develop and foster relationships with wholesale retailers and key accounts in Australia and New Zealand to strategically promote our footwear brands Vivobarefoot, Notace & Luna.
What We Offer You:

- Option for a 4-day work week
- Salary $110,000 - $115,000 plus super
Key Responsibilities include:
- Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with new and existing accounts
- Organising and implementing go to market process, quarterly and 6 monthly indent sell-ins
- Conduct product training sessions to ensure features and benefits are communicated to wholesale partners
- Identify and present product assortment to correct wholesale target consumer
- Demonstrating excellence in customer management and developing productive call cycles
- Organising and attending a variety of conferences and events
- Analyse and optimize the sell in and sell out performance of partner stores
- Monitor and help manage inventory levels at each partner store to optimise sell-in and sell-out
- Effectively manage personal sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate reporting on the performance of the Australia and NZ marketplace
- Set KPI goals, budgets, objectives, and marketing plans for each Partner Store and communicate with owners and buying groups
- Monitor and help manage inventory levels at each partner store to optimise sell-in and sell-out
- Build relationships and gain a strong understanding of wholesale partner business
- Lead the rollout of company initiatives and product launches, and consistently monitor progress
What Sole Distribution are looking for?
- Extensive experience with both B2B sales and account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Demonstrated experience of a minimum 2-5 years in a similar role or similar team environment
- Knowledge of footwear retail (preferred) or retail in general and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques
- Excellent time management and self-motivation
- Intermediate computer skills and good knowledge of MS office (email, excel, word, presentation software)
- Feel comfortable with approaching new business & networking
- Salary negotiable for the right candidate
