**About The Role**:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an HR Systems Specialist to join our People & Culture Team

Based in Brisbane, the HR Systems Specialist supports the broader People & Culture Team to adopt and embed HR Technology to maximise on quality of HR services. Working primarily in Oracle Cloud HCM, you will:

- Ensure quality assurance throughout the evolution of HR Technology, including quarterly updates and configuration updates.
- Oversee and maintain Oracle HCM Integrations to ensure performance is at an optimal level.
- Build out HR Reporting capability.
- Test and embed new functionality before it is rolled out.
- Maintain corporate knowledge through updating module configuration workbooks.

**About You**:
With previous experience in HR Systems or HRIS Support role, you love to work with others and tailor solutions to meet their needs. You have a true analytical mindset and will ideally present with:

- Bachelor level degree from a recognised tertiary institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Management, or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience with system and end user support and creating productivity solutions in a HR environment.
- Business analysis skills, including the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of business processes and end user requirements through information gathering and researching alternatives, implementation and review.
- Oracle Cloud HCM exposure across one or more modules and knowledge of configuration and processes is highly desirable (or experience with another large HR system such as Workday)
- Ability to put together comprehensive process maps in partnership with SME.
- High level of attention to detail.
