About the Job

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our HR systems, providing technical support, and creating user-friendly documentation.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and enhancing our HRIS platforms - Dayforce and PageUp.
  • Providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Leading testing and quality assurance for system updates and improvements.
  • Collaborating on HRIS-related projects and driving system enhancements.
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce & PageUp preferred).
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Technical troubleshooting and system configuration skills.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
  • SQL experience - ability to write simple queries to support reporting and insights.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
