Job Overview

The role of the HR Systems Officer is crucial in ensuring our HR systems meet business needs through close collaboration with stakeholders.

This involves supporting operational management, delivering system solutions for continuous improvement, and working with teams to resolve HR systems queries and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate system and process changes to address challenges and meet business objectives.
  • Support centres, operations, recruitment, and payroll teams in resolving HR systems queries and issues.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reporting across all HR platforms as required by the business.
  • Proactively research new system trends and functionality to enhance system solutions.
  • Provide systems support to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with operational managers and suppliers to build effective learning courses and materials.
  • Oversee course enrolments and report on status updates, manage onboarding workflows within ELMO, and develop training and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ELMO or similar HRIS system in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience working with other HRIS systems including Harver, Revelian, and Formaliti.
  • Strong ability to understand business challenges and needs, project management experience, and autonomous work capabilities.
  • A solutions-driven approach.

This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail. As an HR Systems Officer, you will be front and centre in supporting people and operational initiatives.
