Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR specialist to join our team in delivering efficient and effective HR operational support within a complex, fast-paced environment.

This role plays a key part in supporting leaders and employees with HR advice on policies and procedures, executing HR operational activities and people initiatives across the business, and coordinating the preparation of employee documentation.

The position offers a hybrid working model, with an expectation of being in the office 3 days per week to foster strong internal relationships and support a hands-on workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice to leaders and employees on policies and procedures.
  • Support the execution of HR operational activities and people initiatives across the business.
  • Coordinate the preparation of employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and changes to employment.
  • Maintain and audit HR data to ensure integrity and alignment across systems.
  • Partner with payroll to resolve discrepancies and support data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various teams to assist with resolution of complex issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR specialist or advisor position, ideally in a large or complex organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Aurion or Workday is desirable.
