**Accountabilities include**:

- Actively participate in conducting audits and reviews of systems and procedures within Customer Services Branch teams, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Planning the implementation of audits, including liaison with relevant Managers to ensure availability of resources.
- Develop comprehensive, professional audit reports including recommendations and opportunities for review and action by the Regional Directors, CSB Product Managers and the CSLT.
- Review the use and effectiveness of operational controls within Customer Services Branch.
- Provide guidance and support on risk and control matters to Customer Services Branch teams as appropriate.
- Demonstrate personal integrity, tact and discretion and act ethically in all matters.
- Actively participate in effective feedback to build and support a culture of performance improvement. This role reports to the Senior Advisor, Risk and Assurance.
