Lead the Team and Drive Strategic Growth

You will lead our risk assurance program, collaborating with partners to deliver insights that reduce risk and enhance opportunities.

The Risk Assurance Team works with stakeholders to manage risk and opportunities, enabling strategic objectives.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and implementation of a risk assurance model for your organization, including coordination practices to reduce duplication of assurance activities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, delivering insightful recommendations to reduce risk and enhance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with management as a trusted advisor and deliver high-quality assurance outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and direction for a suitable risk assurance model for your organization.
  • Lead the delivery of the risk assurance program, contributing to a robust risk management framework.
  • Coordinate routines to plan assurance activities and minimize duplication.
  • Engage, coach, and build assurance capability in key roles across your organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Risk Assurance leadership roles, encompassing Risk Management, Governance, or Internal Audit.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Risk Assurance programs and hands-on experience in their design and delivery.
  • A Bachelor degree in Accounting, HSE, or Engineering.
  • Applied leadership experience in risk management, including technical, financial, or strategic risks.
  • Experience in Risk Assurance and ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems.
