About the Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned Assurance Partner to join our team and contribute to the transformation of our digital banking platform. The successful candidate will provide accurate and real-time insights into operational risk management, leading wide-ranging risk-based assurance reviews, scope reviews across the group, and develop testing approaches for controls.

As a key member of our Assurance team, you'll lead process walkthroughs and sample testing to ensure risks are being managed in accordance with compliance obligations and internal policies. Your experience in assurance, risk management, and/or internal audit is crucial, ideally within a banking or consulting environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on customer-centric risk culture and be able to partner with key stakeholders to drive embedding operating and engagement models throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk-based assurance reviews to deliver the Assurance Plan
  • Scope assurance reviews across the group, engaging key stakeholders
  • Develop testing approaches for controls reviewed
  • Conduct process walkthroughs and sample testing to ensure risks are being appropriately managed
  • Prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations from assurance reviews conducted
