Job Description

As a key member of the Operations Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance and assurance of our business systems and processes.

Reporting to the Superintendent of Business Systems and Controls, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing governance practices and management of change procedures to control value outcomes across the organization
  • Identifying and assessing risks, making informed decisions, and building a risk-aware culture to support safe and productive performance outcomes
  • Providing meaningful insights into performance against requirements and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing practical plans aligned to strategic objectives that drive high-performance results

  • A background in safety, assurance, or risk management within the resources sector
  • The ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
