Our team is responsible for providing assurance of the effectiveness of risk management, controls, and governance processes across our organization.
MissionTo deliver high-quality, objective assurance that supports business decision-making and improves the control environment in line with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Manage assurance work to provide powerful insights and recommendations for improving risk management and controls.
- Deliver advice by identifying issues, commercial insights, and productivity opportunities that enable pragmatic business change and align with the strategic direction of the organization.
- Build and maintain strong, independent, and objective relationships with senior management and regulators to facilitate effective knowledge sharing.
- Act as a change agent by sharing learnings and solving problems through innovative thinking, encouraging process improvements, and developing leading practices.
- Proven experience working in an assurance function, ideally within an internal audit or risk management role.
- Experience from a top-tier organization or similar environment.
- Solutions-focused approach with a strategic leadership mindset.
- Relevant qualifications, such as CA/CPA, and/or other audit certifications.
