Roles And Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for desktop and network issues, ensuring IT infrastructure functionality meets client standards.
Act as the first point of contact for IT concerns, offering expert advice and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure the proper implementation and management of network and desktop solutions.
Perform routine system monitoring, identifying any security vulnerabilities and deploying necessary updates and patches.
Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions provided, and system configurations for continuity.
Implement and configure new network hardware to meet growing business needs and improve IT operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards, working to improve processes and user satisfaction.
Facilitate technical training sessions for end-users to increase efficiency in using IT systems and applications.
