Historic and highly respected social club based at the 'Paris' end of Melbourne's Collins Street precinct has a unique role as their membership committee and board meeting coordinator. This key role will work side-by-side their delightful General Manager, Club President and VP, supporting end-to-end secretarial administration functions for all committee and board meetings for the Club throughout the year.

Exemplary administration skills, experience with coordinating multiple meetings, creating and distributing agendas, minutes, producing their annual report and consulting with, and organising all meeting conveners will be essential to your success. As a well-organised professional administrator, your ability to manage multiple deadlines, manage multiple members, always having their best interests at heart and making it all happen with be your superpower as an efficient, obliging and tech savvy professional.
