Join the **Capral** family as a Supply Chain Analyst We are looking for an experienced professional to ensure the smooth and efficient supply and distribution of aluminium extrusions and components. In this critical role, you will gather, analyse, and interpret complex data to enhance processes and optimise results, all while aligning with company stock holdings and service metrics. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cost benefit analysis on various scenarios and recommend changes to improve efficiency and profitability
- Analysis of optimum stock levels versus optimum manufacturing efficiencies leading to implementation of improvements increasing profitability
- Analyse existing supply routes, supply chain settings and stocking locations to provide cost effective solutions that meet the developing needs of the business
- Provide root cause analysis of stock outs and first pass hit rate failures together with development and implementation of corrective actions
- Manage new product introduction projects effectively including the run out of superseded inventory; introduction of new products at the appropriate time to ensure low levels of product obsolescence and continuing high levels of customer service
- Identify product to be ordered from overseas suppliers considering constraints including stock turns and containerisation
- Coordinate reviews of slow moving and obsolete stock and carry out agreed actions
- Analyse, modify and maintain forecasts in line with feedback from sales
- Make inventory and supply decisions in line with budget
- Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E)

To be considered applicants **SHOULD** have:
**ESSENTIAL**
- Relevant qualifications in accounting, economics, statistics, data analysis, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in analysing large data sets and an ability to interpret data, make and implement recommendations
- Advanced level of computer skills (Excel, database management, Power BI)
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and time management skills

**DESIRABLE**
- Experience within a similar role / industry
- Working knowledge of SAP
