We prioritize safety performance across our business, selecting the right suppliers, managing their safety performance, introducing innovative solutions, and maintaining safety throughout our Supply Chain.

The onsite Supply Chain Managers work closely with specialists and analysts to manage the interface between Supply Chain and the business. They interact extensively with operational representatives and other Supply Chain teams to ensure business needs are met and reflected in Supply Chain plans and priorities.

About Your Role

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst will provide analytical support to drive Supply Chain Operational Excellence. This involves implementing contracts, resolving supplier performance issues, and supporting Global and Regional commercial teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analyst support for interface management between Supply Chain, operations, and communities.
  • Engage with asset operational planning teams and provide analytics for strategic asset processes.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting to ensure alignment between Supply Chain and asset/BU plans.
  • Analyze and report on Supply Chain target performance and asset scorecards.
  • Collaborate with end-to-end Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence at an asset level.
  • Ensure contractual requirements and asset initiatives related to Sustainability, Inclusive Procurement & Social are met.
  • Administer commercial and contractual documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
  • Proven track record of extensive practical experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Postgraduate qualification (Honours/Masters degree or equivalent) or similar experience desirable.

Tech Knowledge:

  • Global Supply Chain Management (Sourcing, Purchasing, Category management, Physical SC etc).
  • Supplier and Contractor Relationship Management.
  • Inclusive/Local Procurement.
  • Analytical skills and experience.
  • Supply Chain Systems and Processes.
  • Transactional Procurement and Contract Management.
  • Performance Management & Reporting.
