**About the Team**
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for driving process, procedure and further development of systems, implemented across RDA and the Rheinmetall Group globally.
**About the Role**
- As the
- **Supply Chain Analyst**, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Work with the internal teams to improve their processes in line with LEAN and continuous improvement philosophies;
- Deliver project improvements with focus on operation re-engineering, driving efficiencies through process change, by redesigning and implementing operational layout change;
- Provide guidance and support to enable them to successfully conduct and complete kaizen activities; and
- Develop and maintain BPE tools.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics;
- Previous experience in a supply chain environment within a Defence organisation;
- Knowledge and experience with process improvement tools, Kaizen, Lean etcetera.
- Clear communication and engagement with multiple levels of stakeholders; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
