**About the Role**:
We are hiring **casual event staff** to assist with distributing pamphlets and engaging with the public for an upcoming **community event**. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or anyone looking for **flexible, short-term work**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Distribute flyers and event information at various public locations (bus/train stations, community hubs, and other key areas).
- Confidently engage with the public and answer basic questions.
- Work across multiple sites in **Western Melbourne**.

**Work Schedule : Pre-Event Period (3 Weeks)**:

- Flexible shifts from **9:00 AM - 6:00 PM** (4-5 hours preferred, 8 hours ideal).

**Main Event Day (One-Day Campaign)**:

- **Morning Shift**: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- **Afternoon Shift**: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age**:16 years** (with valid working rights - 20 hours/week for students)
- Must be confident and comfortable speaking to the public
- **Reliable and punctual** - available for one or more shifts
