About this role:
">- The Client Service Lead will oversee all client-facing interactions to ensure seamless delivery of events at Melbourne & Olympic Parks.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Partner with event promoters to bring high-profile artists and events to Melbourne & Olympic Parks, leveraging industry expertise to drive ticket sales strategies.
- Coordinate event builds, marketing efforts, and event-day operations with ticketing suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with venue teams to optimize event delivery, providing world-class service to clients and their guests.
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor sales trends, identifying key audience demographics and informing clients about their customers' behavior.
- Work with clients and ticketing partners to develop targeted campaigns, increasing yield and meeting sales objectives.

">- Proven expertise in stakeholder management
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled multi-tasker with experience managing competing demands from multiple stakeholders
