**Role Purpose**
The Media Campaign Coordinator role is an exciting role within Bolster's Marketing Team.
You'll work closely with our Campaign Managers to work on exciting digital marketing campaigns for some of Australia's most iconic entertainment and culture clients. The Media Campaign Coordinator will support and execute on wider digital campaigns lead by a Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Manager, and over time run smaller campaigns end-to-end.
This is an exciting junior role with plenty of learning and development opportunities, and the pathway to becoming a Campaign Manager. If you're a culture/entertainment obsessive, love where digital marketing is going and are hungry to learn, this role is for you.
**OK, I'm sold - but what even is a Bolster?**
We're a digital marketing and culture agency first and foremost - but we're also a culmination of a love of music and entertainment, and a curious passion for data and tech.
We began in 2015 as the digital plug-in for Australia's entertainment industry, offering new ad-tech solutions to an industry whose idea of marketing at the time was slapping a street poster on a wall and sending out some #thoughtsandprayers.
With its specialism in music, events and entertainment, in a short space of time, Bolster Group has become a strategic digital, creative and product partner to many amazing brands, artists and events such as Splendour In The Grass, Bluesfest, Falls, Laneway Festival, Billie Eilish, Elton John, CMC Rocks, The Strokes, Lorde, Gorillaz.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Undertaking any self-paced, self guided training as directed by the Campaign Director or your Line Manager
- Attending 1:1 and group training as directed by the Campaign Director or wider team
- Preparing for and attending client WIPs
- Updating media schedules
- Assisting Campaign Managers with budget management
- Media campaign execution including trafficking and optimising
- Setting up and maintaining reporting dashboards and end-of-campaign reports
- Writing ad copy
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks for other digital team members
**About You**:
- Interest in digital advertising and marketing
- Great attention to detail and good with numbers
- Basic statistical ability (e.g. able to calculate percentages)
- Self-starter with training and learning
- Can-do, excited attitude to trying and testing out new tools, platforms and ad products
- Not necessary but nice to have experience with:
- Facebook Business Manager
- Google Ads (e.g. Google Search, Video, Google Display Network)
- Snapchat Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Twitter Ads
- Spotify Ads Studio
- AdRoll or similar trading desks
- Google Campaign Manager 360
- EDM marketing
- Google Tag Manager
- Personable and able to be client facing
- Cool and calm under pressure
