We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Account Manager, responsible for overseeing campaign delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day client communications and timelines effectively
  • Collaborating with creative and media teams on social, paid, and content campaigns
  • Coordinating work-in-progress, shoot logistics, content calendars, and deliverables to meet project milestones
  • Briefing creative and content teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Supporting the agency in staying organized, proactive, and ahead of schedule
  • Planning, briefing, and supporting content shoots, including talent and creator coordination
  • Keeping content calendars updated and ensuring timely deliverables
  • Sitting in on client and sales meetings, preparing notes, and circulating follow-ups
  • Liaising with content, media, community management, and design teams to maintain project momentum
  • Identifying and capitalizing on social and digital trends to benefit clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client requests, both daily and long-term
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities without compromising results
  • A confident communicator who can effectively manage clients, talent, and internal teams
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with social and digital platforms and the ability to identify emerging trends
  • 1-2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, or client-facing role is preferred
