Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Media Campaign Coordinator. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and assessing our in-store poster flyer brochure, display and distro service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and completing weekly payroll for 15 employees
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Creating/managing/sending client photo reports
  • Providing administrative support to the team

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our owner and other team members to drive business growth and improve operations.
