We are seeking a highly motivated Media Campaign Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior team, ensuring that media campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the senior team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with internal and external teams.">
  • Assist in executing and optimising video/TV, audio & outdoor campaigns to exceed targets for our clients.">
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure effective working relationships with clients, agency partners and media owners.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong business acumen and ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
